Refund Policy

Try it free first: every browser gets 3 full checks before you pay anything. If you subscribe and it isn’t for you, here is how refunds work.

14-day refund on your first payment

Ask within 14 days of your first Pro payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Your license key is deactivated when the refund is issued.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally not refundable, because you can cancel at any time before the renewal date and keep access until the period ends. If you were charged for a renewal you clearly did not use, write to us within 7 days and we will sort it out.

How to ask

Reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or contact us with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling

Use the “Manage subscription” link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself trigger a refund.
