Terms of Service

Keyword Brief (“the service”) is operated by Park Moonnam, Republic of Korea. By using the service you agree to these terms.

What the service does

You enter a keyword. The service returns search data, an analysis of the pages currently ranking for it, a plain-language recommendation, and a content outline. The output is research to help you decide what to write. It is not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, or revenue.

Free use and Pro

• Each browser gets 3 free checks.
• Pro is a monthly subscription at $19.90 USD. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Pro is delivered as a license key. A key is for one person and may be activated on up to 5 devices. Sharing or reselling keys is not allowed and may result in the key being disabled.
• Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Their terms apply to the payment itself. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

Fair use

“Unlimited” means normal individual use. Automated or bulk querying, scraping the service, or reselling its output as a competing service is not allowed. We may rate-limit or suspend access that puts the service at risk.

Your content and ours

The outlines and titles generated for you are yours to use. Search metrics and page data come from third-party sources and are provided as-is; they are estimates and can be wrong or out of date.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. It depends on third-party providers and may be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will note it on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
